Holistic Detox; Days 6 & 7

Making healthy choices at every opportunity is the best way to live a healthy existence.

For the last two days its free choice…so long as its whole foods and will contribute to your overall well being.

Time to exercise, time to daydream and time alone (even if its only for a short while) is your right.
