Do you take Acting seriously? Want a supportive, collaborative and challenging environment to flourish and connect with other actors?
In this class, we leave our egos at the door, as we focus on first class playwrights and screenwriters, technique, improvisation, career development and strategy. Admission to this course is based on your attitude, level of experience and commitment.
Each week actors are given high level challenges and will be given scenes and monologues to develop throughout the course. This course and method has been designed to bring about the best in the individual and to challenge you at whatever level you’re at to develop even further.

These Masterclasses are designed for performers at upper intermediate to advanced levels. In each week, we study the work of visionaries of screen and stage use them to inspire our own and experimentation and play in creativity and performance.
The most recent block reviewed works from Masters such as Mike Leigh, Julie Taymor, Robert Altman and Edward Albee. We also looked at performance techniques such as the one person show and the influence of music in performance. This is a challenging, dynamic and unique course where you learn, integrate and then create.
The block prior saw participants gain intensive training by studying, examining and performing task-orientated exercises. These were based on the work of such practitioners, companies, styles and writers as Stanislavsky, David Mamet, The Wooster Group, Viewpoints, Laban, Tennessee Williams and more.
