Green Juice, 500ml water
Lunch
Green salad with shredded chicken and a chopped boiled egg, 500 ml water
A/Tea
A handful of nuts, 500ml water

Cheats Chicken Soup
x2 cooked chicken breasts
1 litre of chicken stock
1 cup of mixed Veggies (whatever you have in the fridge)
1. Shred the chicken and divide into bowls (this recipe serves 4)
2. Chop your veggies and boil them in the stock
3. Once the veggies are cooked, ladle the soup over the chicken in the individual bowls and enjoy
